Associate Professor at the Federal University of Espírito Santo (Vitória, Brazil), where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (2002). He obtained his Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro in 2008, where he worked until 2009 as a project coordinator at the Matmidia Lab\PUC-Rio. He also holds a Master's degree in Mathematics, specializing in Computer Graphics, from the National Institute of Pure and Applied Mathematics (2004). He completed his postdoctoral research at the ICMC of USP-São Carlos (2013-2015). He has experience in the field of Applied Mathematics, with an emphasis on Computer Graphics. Currently, he conducts research in the areas of multidimensional data analysis and visualization; modeling and simulation of fluid flows using the SPH method; geometric modeling and geometric processing.
