Management of the Program Website: Content Update: Keep information up to date regarding courses, events, news, publications, and other relevant program activities. Development and Maintenance: Coordinate with the technical team and program secretariat to ensure the website is always functioning properly, without technical issues. Accessibility: Enhance the website for search engines and ensure it is accessible to all users, including foreigners and those with special needs. Social Media Management: Instagram: Content Creation: Develop regular posts about events, student and professor achievements, mathematical curiosities, etc. Interaction with Followers: Respond to comments and direct messages, and interact with the community to increase engagement. Performance Analysis: Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and adjust the strategy as necessary. Content Planning: Develop a posting calendar to keep the social media active and engaging. Sharing News and Events: Share information about events, seminars, conferences, and other important happenings. Production of Graphic and Audiovisual Materials: Post Design: Create images, infographics, and other visual materials for social media and the website. Internal Communication: Emails and Announcements: Coordinate the distribution of important information via email and other internal communication platforms. Events and Promotion: Event Promotion: Create campaigns to promote seminars, workshops, thesis defenses, among others. Event Coverage: Document important program events and share highlights on social media and the website. Collaboration with Other Committees: Activity Coordination: Work together with other committees and departments to ensure integrated and efficient communication. Support for Projects: Offer support for projects involving publicity and communication. Training and Capacity Building: Team Training: Organize training for program secretariat members to improve communication practices, the use of digital tools, and management of the program’s website and social media data. These responsibilities aim to ensure effective, transparent, and engaging communication between the UFES Mathematics graduate program and its target audience.
